We invite
you to enjoy the activities offered by our church.
Sunday Services 10:00 A.M.
Our Church service
is comprised of selections from the King James
version of the Bible and
from Science and Health with Key to the
Scriptures, by Mary Baker Eddy. The
scriptural teachings of Christ Jesus, love for
mankind, and healing sickness and sin, are
emphasized.
Sunday School 10:00 A.M.
Young people up to
twenty years old are invited to attend or enroll in
our Sunday School. Students learn of God's constant
love and care for His children. They learn that
turning to God as Love can solve any problem in any
situation.
Through their study
of the Bible and the
Christian Science textbook, Science and
Health, they learn of God's love for
His creation, which is the basis of spiritual
healing.
Young children
learn the Ten Commandments, the Beatitudes, and the
Lord's Prayer. They also discover spiritual healings
throughout the Bible. Older
students learn to study the weekly Bible Lessons in
the Christian Science Quarterly.
All children are encouraged to recognize the
practical application of God's love so they can find
healing through prayer in their daily lives.
Wednesday Evening Meeting
7:30 P.M.
Christian Science
churches hold public meetings where, in addition to
reading from the Bible and the Christian Science
textbook, people share experiences, testimonies of
healing, and remarks on Christian Science.
Children's Room
Infants and young
children are lovingly cared for during all church
services.
Free Talks and Broadcasts
Periodically
throughout the year we give Christian Science
lectures at public locations and sponsor multi-media
broadcasts.
Church Membership
Church membership
affords an opportunity to share in the healing
mission of Christian Science. You are invited to
apply for membership if you:
- attend church
regularly
- rely on
Christian Science for healing
- are free from
using drugs, alcohol, and tobacco
- strive
actively to live the teachings of Christian
Science
- and wish to
take part in our branch church activities
