OUR LOGO -- A living 2,000-year-old bristlecone pine exemplifies the essential qualities of purpose, tenacity, and adaptability. These qualities have enabled it to survive for two millennia, despite enormous challenges. The tree has adapted to its ecosystem. Will your organization be as successful? |
HOWELL POUCHER -- Leadership Institute commissioned Howell Poucher, a Western artist in Security, Colorado, to render the corporate logo. This living bristlecone, estimated at 2,000 years old, was painted after being viewed by the artist while climbing Pikes Peak. It is near the summit on the east face, just west of Colorado Springs, Colorado. |
