R. Spencer Darling
  ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

R. Spencer Darling is founder and president of Leadership Institute, Inc., based in the Chicago, Illinois, area of the USA. For nearly 20 years he has coached hundreds of top executives to achieve high profitability, joy and satisfaction in their work, and to lead sustained peak performance.

His process includes proven, innovative guidelines for leading and managing in turbulent times. He is available to work internationally.

Darling coaches business leaders to practice an integrated no-fads approach that enables the entire organization to think and act strategically. All employees are clear on what they must do to support the organization's values, principles, strategic vision, and mission. They learn to organize and manage themselves for dignity, meaning, and community.

Every employee learns cutting-edge skills needed to perform at the highest level—including personal and organizational leadership. The organization becomes effective in implementing a "living" strategic plan to which every employee can contribute. Everyone takes part in whole-systems thinking and can contribute to change.

Darling was a national marketing director for the US division of an internationally recognized management-development organization with major representation in Canada, Japan, Australia, and South Africa. He was responsible for developing more than 100 US training companies.
